Entry and inspection by the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection

85.  The contractor (other than a Primary Care Trust) shall allow persons authorised by the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection to enter and inspect the premises in accordance with section 66 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 (right of entry)(1).
