In section 13 (education about electoral and democratic systems) after subsection (1) insert—

Subsection (1) applies to the promotion of public awareness in Gibraltar with the following modifications—
a
in paragraph (a), for “in the United Kingdom” there is substituted “for elections to the European Parliament in the United Kingdom and Gibraltar”; and
b
paragraph (b) is omitted.
