Revocation of provision11
Article 58 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2002 (winding-up on petition of the Authority: partnerships) is revoked, and the amendment of paragraph (5C)11 of Article 143 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 by that article is treated as if it had not been made.
