Whereas a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 42 of the Employment Relations Act 2004(1) and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 42 of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations:
