4.  In paragraph 5A(1)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (2)(a) add “or paragraph 2(4), and”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (2)(b) for “company, and” substitute “company.”; and

(c) omit sub-paragraph (2)(c).
