In section 73 (deleterious ingredients in feeding stuff) and also in section 73A (unwholesome or dangerous material in feeding stuff) there shall be added in each case after subsection (4) the following subsection —

Nothing in this section applies to any person to whom Article 15.1 of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 applies.
