Citation, commencement and revocation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 31st December 2004.

(2) The Building (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004(1) are revoked.
