Radioactive Material (Road Transport) Regulations 200261
In regulation 69(2)(a) of the Radioactive Material (Road Transport) Regulations 200261 (duties of drivers etc. in the event of a radiological emergency), after the words “fire brigade” insert “or, in England, the fire and rescue authority”.
