Interpretation
2. In this Order—
“the 2003 Act” means the Communications Act 2003;
“ the Wireless Telegraphy Order” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Jersey) Order 2003(1);
“the Broadcasting Order” means the Broadcasting (Jersey) Order 2003(2);
“the Communications Order” means the Communications (Jersey) Order 2003(3);
“Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey; and
“the Channel Islands” means the Bailiwicks of Jersey and Guernsey.
