The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 2 and 13 of the Child Abduction and Custody Act 19851, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2004.

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 20032 is revoked.
3
In the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 19863, for Schedules 1 and 2 there shall be substituted Schedules 1 and 2 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
