Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 19801 and of all other enabling powers:

This Order may be cited as the A435 Trunk Road (Studley Bypass and Slip Roads) Order 1993 (Revocation) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 10th November 2004.

The A435 Trunk Road (Studley Bypass and Slip Roads) Order 1993 is hereby revoked.
