The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004

The First Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 13(2)(f), 14(3) and (5), 15(2)(g), (3) and (7), 17(1)(a) and (7), 19(2)(j), 20(3), 24(3), 28(9) and (11), 31(6) and (7), 35(2) and (3) and 36 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 20041 and paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 4A to the Town and Country Planning Act 19902 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
