Employment Agencies Act 1973

53.  In relation to any claim in respect of an application under section 3C of the Employment Agencies Act 1973(1) for the variation or revocation of a prohibition order, the Secretary of State shall be treated as the respondent in such proceedings for the purposes of these rules. In relation to such an application the claim does not need to include the name and address of the persons against whom the claim is being made.
