7. In Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978(1) (words and expressions defined), in the definition of “registered” in relation to nurses and midwives, for “Nurses and Midwives Order 2001” substitute “Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001”.

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications.
