50. In the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 1987(1), in regulation 3 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), in the definition of “health professional”, for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)a registered nurse or registered midwife;”.
