48.  In the National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990(1), in regulation 4 (qualifications for appointments), in paragraph (1)(c), for “pursuant to paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to”, substitute “under article 5 of”.
