General Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations 2001

28.  In the General Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations 2001(1) in regulation 4 (disqualification for appointment), in paragraph (7), for sub-paragraph (b) , substitute—

“(b) a registered nurse or registered midwife;”.
