23.  In the Private and Voluntary Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002(1), in regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), in the definition of “midwife” (“bydwraig”) for “section 14(1)(b) of the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997”, substitute “article 42 of the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001”.
