11.  In the European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2004(1), in Schedule 2 (absent voters), in Part 1 (applications), in paragraph 4(2)(b), omit the words “within the meaning of section 7(7) of the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997”.
