Commencement of provisions of the Courts Act 2003

2.  The following provisions come into force on 1st February 2004—

(a) section 93; and

(b) paragraphs 288(1), (3), (4) and (5) and 289 of Schedule 8, and section 109(1) so far as it relates thereto.
