Section 73 of the Finance (No.2) Act 197536 (Government stock held by minors) is amended as follows.

For “Bank”, wherever occurring, there is substituted “Registrar of Government Stock”.

In subsection (1), for “it thinks fit” there is substituted “he thinks fit”.

In subsection (2), for “it” there is substituted “him”.

In subsection (3)(a), for “its” there is substituted “his”.

In subsection (4), the definition of “the Bank” is omitted.
