Commencement of provisions4
The following provisions of the 2003 Act shall come into force on 5th July 2004—
a
section 118 (repeals), so far as it relates to the provision of Schedule 8 brought into force by paragraph (b).

Schedule 8 (repeals), so far as it relates to Section 1 of the Railways Act 1993.
