Amendments to the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1994

2. In the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1994 (1)—
(a)in regulation 2(1)—
(i)for the definition of “the Commission Decision” there shall be substituted the following definition —
““the Commission Decision” means Commission Decision 2004/370/EC (2) authorising methods for grading pig carcases in the United Kingdom;”;
(ii)in the definition of “pig carcase”, for “Articles 2 and 2a” there shall be substituted “Articles 3 and 4”; and
(b)in regulation 6(b), for “Article 3” there shall be substituted “Article 5”.
