Amendment of regulation 23 of the Housing Benefit Regulations and regulation 15 of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations
9. In regulation 23(1)(1) of the Housing Benefit Regulations and regulation 15(1)(2) of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations (average weekly earnings of self-employed earners) the words “over the benefit period” shall be omitted.
