The Nuclear Safeguards Act Commencement (No.1) Order 2004

Commencement

3.  The following provisions of the Act shall not come into force on 1^st May 2004:

(a) Section 5(1)(b); and

(b) In Section 5(2), the words “or Article 9 (if it falls within subsection (1)(b))” and “procedural arrangements for wide-area environmental sampling approved under Article 9”.
