Application
3. This Order applies to the whole of the District of Bath and North East Somerset except—
(a)the A4 from the Broadmead Roundabout at the junction with the B3116 (including the circulatory carriageway of the Broadmead Roundabout) to the boundary of the District of Bath and North East Somerset west of Hicks Gate Roundabout;
(b)the A4 from the Globe Roundabout (and including the circulatory carriageway of the Globe Roundabout) at the junction with the A39 eastwards to the boundary of the City of Bath;
(c)the A36 from the junction with the A4 eastwards to the boundary of the City of Bath, west of Newbridge;
(d)the A4 and its slip roads from the junction with the A363 Bradford Road (and including the circulatory carriageway of the roundabout at that junction) westwards to, and including, the interchange with the A46 at Lambridge; and
(e)the entire length of the A46 and its slip roads within the District of Bath and North East Somerset.
