The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 10(2), 10(2A), 288(2), 363(2) and 744 of the Companies Act 1985 F1, as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993 F2, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
