Appointed day for provisions relating to pharmaceutical services
4. 1st February 2003 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a)subsection (6) of section 20(1) of the Act, and subsection (1) of that section in so far as it relates to subsection (6);
(b)section 25 of the Act, in so far as that section is not already in force(2);
(c)section 67(2) of the Act, in so far as it relates to the entry in Schedule 6 to the Act repealing the “and” at the end of section 42(3)(d) of the National Health Service Act 1977(3); and
(d)sub-paragraph (14) of paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 to the Act, in so far as that sub-paragraph is not already in force(4), and section 67(1) of, and paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 5 to, the Act, in so far as they relate to that sub-paragraph.
