We, the Crown Court Rule Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred upon us by sections 84(1) and 86 of the Supreme Court Act 19811 and sections 351(2), 362(2), 369(2) and 375(1) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 20022, hereby make the following Rules:
