The Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No.3) Order 2003

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 148(1) and (6) of the Adoption and Children Act 20021 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the National Assembly for Wales2, other than as respects sections 2(6), 4(6) and (7) and 16 of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to, that Act, hereby makes the following Order:—
