By the Lords of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council
Whereas in pursuance of section 11 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966(1) the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons have made the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners Registration Regulations 2003:
And whereas by section 25(1) of that Act the Regulations shall not have effect unless approved by the Privy Council:
Now, therefore, Their Lordships, having taken the Regulations into consideration, are hereby pleased, in exercise of the power conferred by section 25(1) of the Act, to order as follows:
