For the purposes of the Licence, the 1966 Order shall while this Order is in force, subject to the condition in paragraph (2), be treated as having effect with the substitution, for its Schedule 1, of the following Schedule:—

The Company shall make such arrangements for the management of the water flow in the River Eamont, and conduct such supplemental monitoring of fish habitat in the River Eamont, as is required by the Memorandum or as may be required by the Environment Agency pursuant to the Memorandum.
