Restrictions on the sale of processed cereal-based foods and baby foods4
No person shall sell any processed cereal-based food or baby food unless—
a
it complies with the requirements of regulations 5 to 7 as to manufacture and composition; and
b
it is labelled in accordance with regulation 8.
