In section 178 (procedure for an offence relating to apparatus use)—
a
in subsection (1), omit the inserted subsections (2C) and (2D) of section 11 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949; and
b
in subsection (2), omit the inserted subsections (2C) and (2D) of section 12 of that Act.
