In section 156 (Directions with respect to the radio spectrum), after subsection (5), insert the following subsection—

Before making an Order under this section which relates to the management of the radio spectrum in respect of the Bailiwick of Jersey, the Secretary of State shall consult the appropriate authorities of the Bailiwick of Jersey.
