Whereas a draft of the following Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 210(3) of the Education Act 2002 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 86 and 210(7) of the Education Act 20021, hereby makes the following Order:
