The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 134(1) and 135 of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 26 to, the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order—
1980 c. 65. Section 134 was amended by the Housing and Planning Act 1986 (c. 63), sections 47, 49(2) and Part III of Schedule 12; and by the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c. 28), section 179(1), (2) and (3). Section 135 was amended by the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, section 179(4). The functions of the Secretary of State under sections 134, 135 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 26 were, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672), article 2; see the entry in Schedule 1 for the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980.
