Articles 2(1), 3(1) and 4
1. The works which the undertaker is authorised to construct and maintain by article 3(1) are the following works on the bed of the North Sea adjoining the coast at Ingoldmells in the district of East Lindsey, county of Lincolnshire:—
(a)Up to 30 wind turbines fixed to the seabed by steel monopiles or caisson foundations and extending to a height of up to 87 metres above the level of high water, fitted with rotating blades with a diameter of up to 120 metres and situated at the following locations:—

between the wind turbines numbered T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9 and T10,
between the wind turbines numbered T11, T12, T13, T14, T15, T16, T17, T18, T19 and T20,
between the wind turbines numbered T21, T22, T23, T24, T25, T26, T27, T28, T29, and T30,
between the wind turbines numbered T1, T11 and T21,
between the wind turbines numbered T4, T13 and T23,
between the wind turbines numbered T5, T14 and T24,
between the wind turbines numbered T7, T17 and T26,
between the wind turbines numbered T8, T18 and T27, and
between the wind turbines numbered T10, T20 and T30.
(c)marine feeder cables buried under the seabed connecting the wind turbines to the shore along the following route—
(i)the first cable commencing by a connection with wind turbine number T5 and then proceeding in a south-westerly direction for 6,650 metres, then in a westerly by south-westerly direction for 600 metres until it reaches a point beneath the level of high water;
(ii)the second cable commencing by a connection with wind turbine number T15 and then proceeding in a westerly by south-westerly direction for 1,170 metres, then in a south-westerly direction for 6,310 metres, then in a westerly by south-westerly direction for 380 metres until it reaches a point beneath the level of high water; and
(iii)the third cable commencing by a connection with wind turbine number T25 and then proceeding in a westerly by south-westerly direction for 2,210 metres, then in a south-westerly direction for 6,260 metres, then in a westerly by south-westerly direction for 380 metres until it reaches a point beneath the level of high water.
2. In this schedule references to the locations of a wind turbine are references to the centre point of that turbine.
