The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 4(1), 6, 7(8) and (9), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 22(1)(b) and (2), 65(1), (7) and (9) and 67 of the Tax Credits Act 2002(1) make the following Regulations:
