Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Stamp Duty and Stamp Duty Land Tax (Variation of the Finance Act 2003) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st December 2003.

2. The Finance Act 2003 is amended in accordance with the Schedule to these Regulations.
