The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 83 of the Police Act 19971, and after supplying a draft of these Regulations to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and taking into account their representations in accordance with section 63(3) of the Police Act 19962, hereby makes the following Regulations:
