Citation and commencement
1. These Rules may be cited as the Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 2003 and shall come into force on 3rd November 2003.
Amendment to Schedule 3 to the Local Land Charges Rules 1977
2. For Schedule 3 to the Local Land Charges Rules 1977(1) substitute the Schedule in the Schedule to these Rules.
Revocation
3. The Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1998(2) are revoked.
