Amendment of provision relating to recordings of folksongs
16. For section 61(4)(a) there shall be substituted—
“(a)that copies are only supplied to persons satisfying the archivist that they require them for the purposes of—
(i)research for a non-commercial purpose, or
(ii)private study,
and will not use them for any other purpose, and.”
