Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 31st October 2003.
Consequential amendments and repeals
2.—(1) Schedule 1 (consequential amendments) shall have effect.
(2) Schedule 2 (repeals) shall have effect.
