The First Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A(8)(i) of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977(1) hereby makes the following Order:

1977 c. 43. Section 3A was inserted by section 31 of the Housing Act 1988 (c. 50).
