Amendment to the Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 2001

3.  For the definition of “Council Decision” in Article 2(1) of the Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 2001(1) there is substituted—

““Council Decision” means Council Decision 2003/646/EC implementing Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism and repealing Decision 2003/480/EC(2);”.
