SCHEDULE 2 Transitional provisions

Interpretation

1.  In this Schedule “the 1999 Regulations” means the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999 and “caller” has the same meaning as in regulation 21 of the 1999 Regulations.
