SCHEDULE 4 ROAD RECOVERY VEHICLES

PART 2 CONSTRUCTION

2.—(1) A road recovery vehicle must be a wheeled vehicle.

(2) Every wheel must be fitted with a pneumatic tyre.

3.  A warning beacon emitting an amber light must be fitted to a road recovery vehicle.
