Commencement of provisions
2. The following provisions of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 shall come into force on 15th July 2003—
(a)section 217;
(b)section 220 (and accordingly Schedules 14 and 15) and sections 221 to 224;
(c)section 245 so far as it is not already in force;
(d)section 301;
(e)section 303 so far as it is not already in force;
(f)section 423 so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 34 brought into force by sub-paragraph (h) below;
(g)Schedule 17 so far as it is not already in force; and
(h)Part II of Schedule 34 except so far as it—
(i)relates to Part II of the Transport Act 1985; or
(ii)is already in force.
