SCHEDULE 9 AMATEUR RADIO

PART 2 CRITERIA RELATING TO PERSONS TO WHOM WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY LICENCES MAY BE GRANTED

Amateur Radio Full (A) and (B)

4.  An applicant must possess:

(a) a valid pass certificate for the Radiocommunications Agency Intermediate and Full Radio Amateur Examination or equivalent examination; or

(b) a valid pass certificate for the City and Guilds of London Institute(1) 7307-Radio Amateur Examination or equivalent examination.
